Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Call Center Associate to join our team. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with donors, sharing the mission of our partner charities, and securing donations to support their vital work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with donors through telephone calls to share the mission and impact of our partner charities
  • Secure donations to support the vital work of our partner charities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors and respond to their inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and bonuses
