Retail Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Visionworks. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient records, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

• Customer Service: Greet and assist patients, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Patient Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, insurance information, and test results.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, verify insurance coverage, and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, as required.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: One year of experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software applications.

This is a full-time position that requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
