Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Visionworks. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient records, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist patients, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, insurance information, and test results.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and manage the patient schedule to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software and systems.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods. The noise level in the office is moderate, and the associate must be able to work in a team environment.
