Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Ascension Saint Agnes in Baltimore, Maryland. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a diverse healthcare environment, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery of care.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, including physicians, therapists, and other nursing staff.
- Assess and document patient condition, communicating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure informed decision-making.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure required prior to hire date.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent required.
