About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CareATC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting thorough health assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and values
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in family medicine
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Washington
- Experience in family medicine or primary care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
