Opportunity Details: We are seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team in delivering outstanding patient care. Our focus is on chronic disease management through personalized interventions, clinic support, and continuous education. The Family Nurse Practitioner will partner with clinic personnel to ensure high-quality, all-encompassing primary care. Our team consists of a physician, operations manager, mental health professional, massage therapists, physical therapist, health coach, and medical assistants.
We are looking for a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to work 20 hours per week in our clinic. This role involves providing care to employees and their families. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of one year of primary care experience and be available for 20 hours from Monday to Friday (specific hours to be confirmed). The clinic operates Monday to Thursday from 7 am to 5 pm and Friday from 8 am to 1 pm. The Family Nurse Practitioner will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, CME, and more.
