Sequel Medical Technology is seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead the development of our enterprise applications, ensuring robust cybersecurity measures, and managing IT infrastructure. As Chief Technology Officer for Enterprise Applications, you will report directly to the CEO and provide strategic leadership in these key areas.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in overseeing cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and strong background in enterprise application management, system integration, and a deep understanding of business operations. They will be responsible for protecting our organization's information systems and data from cyber threats, ensuring compliance with relevant security standards, and implementing best practices to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cyber Security: Lead initiatives to strengthen our security posture and safeguard critical assets by working closely with IT teams and other departments.
  • Enterprise Applications: Design, implement, and optimize our enterprise software solutions to ensure effective integration and management of key business applications, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business processes across the organization.
  • Infrastructure Management: Ensure a reliable and secure infrastructure to support all company needs, including computers, iPads, networking, and the MS Office suite. Lead initiatives to optimize performance, security, and availability of our technology assets, supporting both internal teams and customer-facing operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in application development, IT infrastructure & cyber security roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
