Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
Collaborate with service managers to ensure seamless parts availability for repair operations.
Negotiate pricing with vendors to minimize shop expenses and maximize cost savings.
Oversee special orders and ensure timely delivery of parts.
Train and supervise parts department staff members to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain accurate records of parts inventory, orders, and sales.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a parts management or inventory control role.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Competitive salary range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
