About the Role
This is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field, with 2-4 years of child welfare experience. You must have a valid NYS Driver's License, access to a reliable vehicle, and excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans for each child
- Identify and engage potential adoptive families through targeted outreach and community partnerships
- Collaborate with social workers, case managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for children and families
- Conduct home studies, assessments, and other evaluations as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and agency requirements
