At Hope for Youth, we are seeking a dedicated Youth Advocacy Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for finding permanent and loving families for children in foster care. Your mission is to provide exceptional recruitment services, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to the well-being of our youth.

About the Role
This is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field, with 2-4 years of child welfare experience. You must have a valid NYS Driver's License, access to a reliable vehicle, and excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans for each child
- Identify and engage potential adoptive families through targeted outreach and community partnerships
- Collaborate with social workers, case managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for children and families
- Conduct home studies, assessments, and other evaluations as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and agency requirements

Salary Range
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
