Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to maintain cleanliness and order in our residential treatment facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing common areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, common spaces, and patient rooms.
  • Dispose of waste and recyclables in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met, adhering to Calo Programs' high standards.
  • Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the facilities team.
Requirements:
  • Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to pass state and federal background check.
  • Must be able to pass physical and drug screen.
  • Must be able to commute to this location.
