About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Leader to join our Brentwood scoop shop team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading shifts, serving ice cream, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts and act as a role model for other team members
• Serve ice cream and provide exceptional customer service
• Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized shop
• Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to positively influence and lead a shift of ambassadors
