We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Ice Cream Connoisseur at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams LLC. As a key member of our scoop shop team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile on their face.

• Provide world-class customer service to every customer, every time
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the scoop shop, storage areas, and restrooms
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve ice cream and other frozen treats to customers
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming store environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
