We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide high-quality psychotherapy, family therapy, and behavioral management services to residents in long-term care facilities in the Saint Louis, MO area.
- Monday - Friday schedule, normal business hours, No on-call hours

Responsibilities include:
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Documenting patient progress
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and facility staff
Requirements:
- Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred)
- Must meet credentialing standards of employer and CMS
- Willing to travel to assigned Nursing Homes within the local area
- Experience collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience using Electronic Medical Records Systems
- Must possess effective communication skills
