Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including measuring and monitoring vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary
  • Observe and report any concerns to the broader nursing team
  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, keep residents' rooms clean, and change linens
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and visitors
  • Move residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and reposition them as needed
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
  • Appropriate bedside manner
