Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Commercial Plumbing Technician with a robust mechanical background to enhance our Federal Operations and Maintenance Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, test, and repair plumbing and HVAC mechanical systems, along with associated piping systems, control valves, and all relevant equipment, adhering to plumbing and HVAC regulations;
  • Ability to interpret and comprehend design documents;
  • Lead projects effectively and manage changes as necessary;
  • Estimate time and materials for various jobs;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations;
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Trade School or Vocational High School Diploma.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial plumbing and installation.
  • Possession of a Journeyman's Plumber License.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment, and proficient in installing from bid specifications.
  • Willingness to travel to remote locations as needed.
  • Physical capability to bend, reach, climb, and lift over 45 lbs. independently.
  • Strong verbal, written, and computer communication skills (MS Office) along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks, follow through, and meet deadlines.
  • Valid Driver's License.
