Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to treatment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- RN with current Connecticut license required.
- BSN preferred.
- Experience in behavioral health and/or emergency medicine preferred.
- New graduates to work under supervision per State guidelines.
