Job Title: Field Case Manager

At Genex Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Field Case Manager to join our team. As a Field Case Manager, you will play a critical role in helping injured individuals recover and return to work.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, remote position that requires regular local travel for in-person patient appointments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in workers' compensation case management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that promote maximum medical recovery and return to work
  • Collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and customers to ensure effective case management
  • Conduct thorough assessments of injured individuals to identify treatment needs and goals
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure seamless case management
  • Manage workload independently, prioritizing cases and making decisions to ensure effective case management
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, or COHN)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Reliable internet access
