As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our experienced sales team to develop and refine your selling and presentation skills. You will participate in a comprehensive training program that includes training on the Medicare business, networking opportunities, and basic technical skills training.

Our Sales Internship Program is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in healthcare sales and equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this dynamic field. You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop your communication and presentation skills, and learn from our experienced sales team.

Program Features:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a 10-week internship program that includes a comprehensive and structured training curriculum
  • Experience to include networking opportunities, basic technical skills training, speaker series, and additional enrichment activities throughout the summer program
  • Develop and refine selling and presentation skills through selling competitions, simulated practice, projects, and job shadowing
  • Exposure to our end-to-end sales process, health insurance, our consumer base, and the role that our organization plays in the market
  • Gain an understanding of the Direct to Consumer Sales model and the role it plays in overall distribution

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
  • Rising Senior during the summer of 2025

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
