The Licensed Mental Health Therapist is a key member of our team at Springfield Clinic, responsible for providing high-quality therapy, counseling, and intervention services to our patients. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct counseling and case management services to individuals and families
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct mental health screenings and initial assessments
  • Provide short-term, structured, evidence-based psychotherapy
  • Facilitate referrals to other services as needed
  • Provide crisis intervention and support
  • Develop and coordinate community education programs
  • Provide assessments and care to patients in nursing homes and homebound patients
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Illinois
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
  • Emotional resilience and stability
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
Working Environment
