Job Opportunity

Community Services Institute Inc is seeking a skilled Child Mental Health Therapist/Clinician to join our team of behavioral/mental health professionals. As a key member of our team, you will provide client-centered therapy services to children, adolescents, and families via telehealth or in-person modalities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to individuals and families. As a Child Mental Health Therapist/Clinician, you will be responsible for providing psychotherapy and consultation to children, collaborating with our psychiatry and Therapeutic Mentor program, and maintaining a caseload of clients aged 5-12 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychotherapy and consultation to children
  • Collaborate with CSI's psychiatry and Therapeutic Mentor program
  • Maintain a caseload of clients aged 5-12 years old
  • Complete assessments and develop goal-directed treatment plans
  • Some evenings may be required to accommodate clients' schedules
  • Maintain 22 billable therapy and consult hours per week
Requirements
  • Masters' Degree (60 credit minimum) in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
  • Eligible for LICSW, LMHC or LMFT
  • Bilingual highly desirable (Spanish/English)
  • Culturally fluent
  • Massachusetts CANS certification required
