Coastline Equipment is seeking a Rental Developer to join our team. This role is essential in fostering relationships with both existing and prospective rental clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with current and potential rental customers to enhance business relationships.
- Act as an expert in product knowledge and application.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of departmental policies and procedures.
- Facilitate the efficient pick-up and delivery of rental equipment while routinely inspecting units.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with customers regarding their previous rentals.
- Maintain and update customer call lists.
- Submit detailed reports on customer interactions.
- Provide timely insights on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with John Deere equipment and its competitors.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Exhibit cooperative behavior with Sales, Service, and Rental Departments, as well as colleagues and management.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Physical capability to engage in phone conversations and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely climb on and off machinery.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum age of 25 years due to insurance regulations.
