About the Role: As a Y Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of one or more Y Family Centers. This includes providing strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services to our members and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Develop and implement long-range plans for program and service expansion, aligned with the Y's overall objectives.
- Oversee fiscal management, financial development, and membership administration to ensure financial sustainability and growth.
- Collaborate with community partners to build relationships and advance the Y's mission.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a Y or similar organization.
- Proven track record in business operations, including financial management and program development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Human Services.
