Job Summary

We are looking for a professional who can observe and report activities and incidents at our client sites, providing a secure environment for personnel and property. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong sense of integrity and vigilance.

Responsibilities
  • Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites
  • Provide a secure environment for personnel and property
  • Make periodic patrols to check for irregularities and inspect protection devices and fire control equipment
  • Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for the site
  • Control access to client sites or facilities through the admittance process
  • Patrol assigned sites on foot or in vehicle, checking for unsafe conditions, hazards, and security violations
  • Respond to incidents of fire, medical emergencies, bomb threats, and other security incidents
  • Prepare logs and reports as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • With or without reasonable accommodation, the physical and mental requirements of this job may include the following: seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly
  • Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time
  • Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers
