Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit RQC1 submissions in the FMS3 system for contract actions

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive tracking structure for appropriations and distributions

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of three years of professional experience in a related field
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with the workings of City government and financial management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
