Scope of Work
As an Emergency Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our patients. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will also be expected to uphold the standards of professional performance, including ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, and quality of practice.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required within 5 years.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days.
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required within 1 year.
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification required within 1 year.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within 180 days.
