About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at Butterworth Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver nursing care responsibly and accountably, adhering to professional standards and state regulations.
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized care plans for patients, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and excellence, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.

Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan
  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days
  • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certifications within 1 year
