We are seeking talented engineers to join our team at M.C. Dean, Inc., a leading provider of cyber-physical solutions for mission-critical facilities and global enterprises. As an engineer at M.C. Dean, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of technical fields, including control systems, mechanical systems, and telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and install equipment used to monitor and control systems, machinery, and processes.
  • Develop, integrate, and support project engineering deliverables through drawings, specifications, product selection, installation sequence planning, and commissioning.
  • Drive energy efficiency initiatives, reducing operational costs, and supporting our commitment to sustainability.
  • Provide software development services, including programming for projects and infrastructure support required for the creation of enterprise software in Client and Web environments.
  • Provide system programming and management support for large-scale networking infrastructures, including high-performance computer configurations and other systems.
  • Design, coordinate, and specify telecommunication distribution systems and infrastructure for medium to large projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • Professional or academic experience using technical solutions such as CAD, SolidWorks, Revit, Python, SCADA, MATLAB, VHDL, or similar.
  • Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.
  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
  • Finger dexterity to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms.
  • Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
  • Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
  • Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
  • Ability to identify and understand the speech of another person.
