Job Description: The Managed Care Program Specialist will be responsible for maintaining various programs, including oversight of medical bill processes, PPO/Specialty Networks, pharmacy processes, case management processes, customer service/litigation issues, vendor security, and other related tasks. This involves continuous communication with managed care vendors to ensure all service program expectations are identified and maintained, as well as managing questions/issues from internal and external users relating to managed care programs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of direct insurance industry experience. Strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, are also essential.
