About the Role

As a Medical Provider Leader for Acute Care at Baptist Health Medical Group, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care while providing exceptional leadership to your team. With a focus on inpatient care, this position requires a strong commitment to rounding and call responsibilities while on shift.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork within the healthcare setting.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for improving clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, healthcare administration).
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Physician Assistant, preferably in ICU settings.
  • Acute Care Certification required; ICU experience is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
