Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at LURIN Management Services LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of our properties meet our established standards and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain physical structures of apartment homes using hand tools and power tools.
  • Repair and replace apartment materials or maintenance requests, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, interior and exterior structures, appliances, and apartment make readies.
  • Monitor and complete service requests, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Resident Service Director with preventative maintenance programs and documentation.
  • Perform tasks such as painting, repairing sheetrock and woodwork, repairing plumbing fixtures, and repairing boilers and appliances.
  • Respond promptly to on-call pages and requests.
  • Complete work orders according to company guidelines and safety standards.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in the maintenance shop in an orderly manner and according to company policy.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance or a related field.
  • HVAC or EPA Certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work functions.
  • Regular attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
