About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Omni Continuing Care. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Measure and record height and weight, intake and output.
  • Care for the guests' environment, including maintaining a clean and safe living space.
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting, as needed.
  • Assist with eating and hydration, ensuring that residents receive adequate nutrition and fluids.
  • Observe guests' skin and report any changes to licensed nurse, providing skin care as needed.
  • Meet guests' mental health and social service needs, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • CNA certification.
