Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker - LMSW to join our team at Westhab, Inc. as a Social Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating mental health and substance abuse services for individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide treatment to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address the needs of clients.
  • Facilitate mental health and substance abuse workshops and support groups.
  • Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to provide comprehensive services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and services provided.
Requirements
  • LMSW degree from a fully accredited school of social work.
  • At least two years of experience in specialized social work practice.
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
