Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consumer Lending Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Utilize sales tools and techniques to effectively communicate financial solutions and meet sales targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • 1+ year of sales and/or customer service experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong math skills, including ability to count cash and perform basic arithmetic calculations.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to read, write, and apply complex information.
