Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Patrice & Associates - MCDI. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels
  • Ensure high-quality food and cleanliness standards are maintained
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and increase brand awareness
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience as a General Manager in a fast food environment
  • 1+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar environment
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Take pride in everything you do
  • Value customer service and have the ability to positively impact guests' experiences
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Practice high-quality food and cleanliness standards
  • Bring an upbeat energy and positive attitude to the team
  • Ability to read and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals computing rate, ratio, and percent
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where minimal standardization exists
  • Must have a reliable transportation and Driver's License required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
