Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed clinical mental health provider to join our team as a Full-Time Telehealth Psychologist in a PSYPACT state. As a telehealth psychologist, you will provide mental health support to veterans living in Washington state via telehealth. If you have experience working with veterans and the VHA, and are knowledgeable in evidence-based practices, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Complete 25 billable direct-service hours per week, remotely.
  • Provide evidenced-based practices to treat mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and trauma.
  • Establish and maintain therapeutic rapport with clients throughout the course of treatment.
  • Create individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances.
  • Meet with clients on a routine, weekly cadence in accordance with the authorization or renewal.
  • Maintain scheduling, rescheduling, and on-going communication with clients with the support of the administrative team.
  • Report monthly progress summaries to the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
  • Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) to document all clients' progress (including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries) in a timely, organized manner.
  • Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality as determined by State regulations.
  • Conduct audit reviews.
  • Must have strong computer skills to navigate, troubleshoot, and manage cases in EHR.
Requirements
  • Active, unrestricted license to practice psychology based on a doctoral level degree in at least one PSYPACT participating state.
  • Authority to practice telepsychology under the PSYPACT requirements, including holding an E. Passport issued by the ASPPB, with no history of disciplinary action, and providing attestations as such.
  • Knowledgeable in EHR settings to provide clients with basic troubleshooting assistance as necessary.
  • Access to a consistent and secure, private location with reliable internet connectivity.
