We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Manager to join Gracious Health Inc. as a key member of our financial team. This position is responsible for managing all financial transactions, including fixed payments and variable expenses, bank deposits, and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, strong analytical skills, and excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all accounting transactions, including reconciliations and journal entries;
  • Preparing budget forecasts and financial statements on time;
  • Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings;
  • Reconciling accounts payable and receivable;
  • Managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements;
  • Reporting on the company's financial health and liquidity;
  • Auditing financial transactions and documents;
  • Ensuring financial data confidentiality and conducting database backups when necessary;
  • Complying with financial policies and regulations;

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Work experience as an Accountant or Senior Financial Manager;
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks;
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables;
  • Experience with general ledger functions;
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field;
  • Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus;

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
