World Help is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our Marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and fundraising, with a proven track record of success in driving donor growth and retention.
The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with World Help's mission and values. This will include managing a team of marketing professionals, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to inform marketing decisions.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, as well as experience with WordPress and HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with World Help's mission and values
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print
- Analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including fundraising, communications, and program teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and fundraising, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, including WordPress and HubSpot
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to inform marketing decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Experience with front-end and back-end development
- Experience in identifying data trends in a business setting
