Coatings Lead Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Coatings Lead to join our team at Latitude Corp. As a key member of our 100% employee-owned organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our precision metal manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the department supervisor in overseeing daily operations, including hands-on procedures.
  • Timely completion of job functions, requisitioning supply items as required.
  • Produce parts and products in accordance with established safety, quality, and cost standards.
  • Assist in scheduling daily workloads and delegating tasks to employees.
  • Perform Lock out/Tag out procedures when necessary.
  • Authorized to drive company forklift if trained.
  • Ensure department employees work safely and hazardous conditions are eliminated.
Requirements:
  • Capable of lifting 50 lbs. safely or with assistance.
  • Capable of standing and bending over for long periods of time while performing manual labor.
  • Full-time employment (40 hours/week).
  • Excellent communication skills with positive teamwork and safety attitude.
  • Conscientious attention to detail and accuracy while able to multi-task and trouble shoot.
