About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Tinton Falls, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support store productivity during peak periods by maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Provide basic customer service, including greeting, general assistance, and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Assist with maintaining store appearance by replenishing merchandise, recovering sales floor, and adhering to visual presentation standards.
  • Bag customer purchases at the register and ensure accurate transactions.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.

About You

  • You are available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • You are able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks that require constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
  • You have reliable transportation and a high school diploma or equivalent.
