About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Tapestry. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience in our store.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve individual sales goals, develop strong product knowledge, and effectively communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and lifestyle to customers.
  • Leadership Presence: Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture, initiate business-driving events, and contribute to a positive and productive store environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, and securing the facility.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends; standing for extended periods; safely lifting boxes up to 50 pounds; and comfortable climbing ladders.
