Soccer Shots Pittsburgh Youth Coaching Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Youth Coaching and Development Program Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about soccer, education, and community development.

As a key member of our coaching team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality soccer coaching sessions to children aged 3-8 years old. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced coaching staff to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as curriculum design, instructional techniques, and program management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think creatively and work independently. Soccer Shots Pittsburgh is a leading provider of youth soccer programs in the Pittsburgh area. Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver high-quality soccer coaching sessions to children aged 3-8 years old.
  • To work closely with our experienced coaching staff to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as curriculum design, instructional techniques, and program management.
  • To assist with the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives.
  • To contribute to the growth and success of our organization through your hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • You must have a strong passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • You must be able to think creatively and work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • You must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:
