Position Overview

The Barback plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the bar area, ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available for bartenders and patrons alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock Management: Ensure the bar is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, glassware, napkins, and other essential items throughout service hours.
  • Preparation Tasks: Prepare garnishes, refill ice bins, change beer kegs, and restock necessary supplies like napkins and straws.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy bar area by cleaning spills, removing used glassware, and organizing the counter space efficiently.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with management, kitchen staff, and security to provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Emergency Response: Address urgent situations, such as cleaning up broken glass and managing clogged drains promptly.

Work Schedule: Must be available to work evenings and weekends. This is a part-time position.
