Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Cross Country Allied. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with patients who are ill, injured, or disabled to help them regain independence and quality of life.

Job Summary:

This is a travel Speech Language Pathologist position in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a skilled nursing facility and a degree in a relevant field. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for reviewing medical histories, developing and implementing speech therapy treatment plans, recommending equipment, and monitoring patient progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Review medical histories and develop speech therapy treatment plans
  • Implement speech therapy treatment plans and monitor patient progress
  • Recommend equipment and supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a skilled nursing facility
  • Degree in a relevant field
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license
