Health and Wellness Director

At Franciscan Ministries, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Health and Wellness Director to join our team at Addolorata Villa, a vibrant senior living community in Wheeling, Illinois.

About the Role:

  • Lead the health and wellness team to provide high-quality care and services to our residents.
  • Develop and implement programs to promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize health and wellness services.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent care delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of clinical experience/leadership in Assisted Living/Memory Support.
  • Licensed Nurse (Registered Nurse preferred) with current state licensure.
  • High degree of integrity.
  • Strong communicator and capable of leading change.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and deadlines concurrently.
