About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Customer Account Specialist to join our team at ALIGN PRECISION. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering client-focused solutions.

Job Duties:

  • Manage customer relationships to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities to meet sales quotas.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare reports on account status to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.

Estimated Salary:$70,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
