Our Caregiver team is essential to our operations, delivering vital support to seniors and their families striving for independence. Our Caregivers embody qualities such as common sense, compassion, reliability, professionalism, honesty, flexibility, problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for caregiving. They are the face of our organization and represent our core values.
From basic companionship (including light housekeeping, sitting services, transportation, meal preparation, etc.) to more comprehensive personal care (such as incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing), our Caregivers offer a diverse range of services. They can work various shifts, including bath visits, 1-24 hour care, weekends, nights, and mornings.

Position Requirements:
- Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor is essential
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
- Level 2 background check is mandatory
- Willingness to undergo drug testing
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Auto liability insurance with bodily injury coverage
- Negative TB test within the last year
- Physical clearance to work within the last year
- CPR certification required within the last two years
- Current with all state-required continuing education units (CEUs)
- Prior experience in senior care is necessary
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist elderly and disabled individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Remind patients to take prescribed medications and assist with monitoring glucose levels and recording vital signs.
- Prepare meals, run errands, and transport patients to appointments.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, dusting, and laundry.
- Maintain professionalism and a passion for working with the elderly.
- Support patients with nutrition, hydration, exercise, hygiene, and other daily needs.
- Serve meals and assist patients with eating and drinking as necessary.
- Reposition and turn bedridden patients; assist those needing help with mobility.
- Ensure cleanliness and sterility of patient rooms and change soiled bedding.
- Transport medical equipment as required by patient needs.
- Respond to calls for assistance with patience and compassion.
- Adhere to state and federal mandated standards and procedures (AHCA & HIPAA).
- Exhibit high levels of patience, empathy, and compassion.
- Demonstrate excellent observation skills and attention to detail in documentation.
- Possess exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work long hours on one's feet during shifts.
