Job Description

At Home Care Now, we believe in the power of compassionate care to transform lives.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CNA/HHA to provide high-quality care to a dementia patient in their home in Palm Harbor. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient's quality of life and supporting their family.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow the client's care plan prepared by our registered nurse.
  • Act quickly and responsibly in emergency situations.
  • Report client changes in condition to the agency RN/Director of Clinical Services.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • A CNA license, or HHA Certificate (minimum 40 hours), or the ability to pass an HHA competency exam and demonstrate all required skills.
  • Minimum TWO years experience as a CNA or HHA.
  • Meet AHCA's requirements for home health agency employment.
