The Operations Manager plays a vital role within the management team, collaborating closely with the General Manager to ensure that daily operations are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will provide leadership, direction, and support to team members while fostering a fun, welcoming, and friendly environment. Your attention to detail, energy, and passion for health and fitness will be essential in delivering an exceptional experience for all members and guests, setting a standard for other employees to emulate.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in management or operations
- Strong customer service capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferred background in sales and fitness
- Current CPR/AED certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of club programs, facilities, schedules, and equipment
- Oversee all operational systems, processes, and policies
- Manage club scheduling and labor edits
- Handle club email communications
- Supervise club maintenance and cleaning staff
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of the club
- Act as a liaison for corporate accounts as needed
- Ensure effective communication of promotions to members and guests
- Conduct membership sales presentations
- Present personal training and group training packages to guests during sales presentations as necessary
- Engage in community outreach and marketing efforts
- Welcome all members, guests, and staff with a friendly demeanor
- Check in members and guests according to company procedures
- Facilitate messages through club software during member check-in
- Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Address member requests or escalate to the General Manager
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Schedule member services such as tanning
- Process payments for member services following company protocols
- Keep a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with various projects as assigned by club management
- Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Follow all opening and closing duties
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the club on a daily basis
- Participate in monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training sessions
