  • Develop sales strategies with a focus on innovation and adaptability to stay competitive and meet changing demands.
  • Present staffing solutions and negotiate terms of service agreements.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of clients' staffing needs by conducting necessary assessments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services for each client.
  • Assist with necessary meetings and/or walkthroughs as needed with clients.
  • Track and submit mileage reports by weekly deadlines.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, especially safety policies.
  • 80% of work time will be dedicated to field activities, primarily engaging in door-to-door headhunting, while the remaining 20% of time will be allocated for office tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Required to have 2-5 years of experience with sales in the staffing industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of maintaining sustainable client relationships over time.
  • Proven track record of success in closing staffing sales.
  • Ability to travel 80% out in the field and 20% in the office.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work flexible work hours to accommodate client meetings and events as needed.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
